Granite State College Associate of Science (A.S.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders

Granite State College in Concord, New Hampshire offers an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. This program is designed to meet the guidelines outlined by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Students must live in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Vermont to be eligible to enroll in the program. The two year program consists of a minimum credit requirement of 60 credits. Path to Licensure

Upon graduation from the A.S. program in Communication Disorders, students may apply to enter a Bachelors degree level program in Speech-Language Pathology. After receiving this degree, students can advance to an SLP Masters program. Upon obtaining a Masters degree, students will have completed the academic and clinical requirements necessary for State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Graduates that advance to completing a Masters degree program are also prepared to pursue the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
